Spacious and secure, the hotel features a beautiful lobby adorned with winter decorations. Breakfast at Marco Polo was exceptional, especially the freshly squeezed juice. However, the service fell short of expectations. staff were often hard to reach, and a housekeeping mix-up left me with a frustrating experience at checkout. For a 5-star establishment, more attention to service detail is needed.
